Very useful and easy to use, and staff are friendly and helpful. The service fee charged for bookings are also quite reasonable compared with similar services. There is one aspect that can be improved however, and that is how proactive the staff are with their follow ups and updates. I wanted to make a reservation at a restaurant, but it was too early and the restaurant was not yet open. I was told the booking would be made once it opened, but I received no further update after that. Upon asking for an update later that day I was told that the restaurant was actually closed as it was a long weekend, and I had to wait until Monday before they could try booking again. Then on Monday, again I received no further updates and had to make the reservation request again before getting a response and finally a confirmed reservation. It wasn’t a big problem but Gurunavi, for example, was much more proactive with their assistance and following up with bookings, and if Tabiko made some improvements in this area the app/service would be perfect!
